This is a minimum 9-month program, starting in September and ending in May, but is designed to be able to accommodate the needs of a slower pace. Each month provides a new focus of ministry training. There is one Program Pause allotted per student.

This program has a monthly fee of $90. It covers reading material, hands-on training and expertise, and enrollment fees.

Each Ministry Leadership student is invited to attend College Days (calendar found in portal). They can attend chapels and lectures, but most of their training will be done through online badgework, feedback, and monthly meetings with their advisor.

Student Life Activities and events are reserved for PracTrac students only. FastTrac students will not be in attendance to SLAs.

PracTrac students operate within a specialized Practicum throughout the week, and their schedule operates as a full-time student.

FastTrac students receive accelerated training that covers a broad range of ministry skills that can be useful in any area of ministry they go in. This program is catered towards people who are past the typical college season and are already established in full time jobs or families.

Advisory meetings are guided ministry trainings that set up the badges according to what works best in your context. Each one includes an evaluation of the previous month’s badge, a layout for the next month’s badge, and a check-in on current reading.
